§ 109.28. Inspection of register of charitable trusts

October 14, 1953 Senate Bill 196 - 100th General Assembly The register established by section 109.26 shall be open to the inspection of any person at such reasonable times and for such legitimate purposes as the attorney general may determine; provided, however, that any investigation of a chairtable trust shall not be open to public inspection.
