§ 109.29. Courts to furnish information relating to charitable trusts

November 17, 1975 House Bill 347 - 111th General Assembly The clerk of each court of common pleas or the judge of the probate division thereof, and of each court of appeals shall furnish copies of papers and such information as to the records and files of his office relating to charitable trusts as the attorney general may require.
