§ 109.33. Employees

April 9, 1986 House Bill 831 - 116th General Assembly The attorney general may appoint, with salaries fixed pursuant to section 124.15 or 124.152 of the Revised Code, such assistants and may employ such stenographers and clerks as may be necessary to carry out sections 109.23 to 109.33 of the Revised Code. The attorney general may also employ experts for assistance in any specific matter at a reasonable rate of compensation.
