§ 109.76. Peace officers not exempted from civil service

August 26, 1977 House Bill 1 - 112th General Assembly Nothing in sections 109.71 to 109.77 of the Revised Code shall be construed to except any peace officer, or other officer or employee from the provisions of Chapter 124. of the Revised Code.
