§ 111.08. Custody of laws and documents

September 29, 2015 House Bill 141 - 131st General Assembly The secretary of state shall have charge of and safely keep the laws and resolutions passed by the general assembly and such other papers and documents as are required to be deposited in the secretary of state's office.
