§ 111.30. Forms for campaign finance disclosure and independent expenditure statements

September 15, 2004 Senate Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly The secretary of state shall prescribe forms for campaign finance disclosure statements and independent expenditure statements for the purpose of sections 145.053 , 742.042 , 3307.072 , 3309.072 , and 5505.044 of the Revised Code and accept the forms from candidates and persons making independent expenditures filing them with the secretary pursuant to those sections.
