§ 117.112. Audit of buckeye tobacco settlement financing authority

June 30, 2007 House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly The auditor of state shall audit the buckeye tobacco settlement financing authority each fiscal year in accordance with this chapter. The auditor may engage an independent certified public accountant to conduct the audit.
