§ 119.121. Effect of expiration of license on appeal process

October 2, 1953 House Bill 754 - 100th General Assembly The expiration of the license involved in an appeal filed pursuant to section 119.12 of the Revised Code shall not affect the appeal. If during an appeal the existing license shall expire the court in its order in favor of an aggrieved person shall order the agency to renew the license upon payment of the fee prescribed by law for the license.
