§ 120.40. Pay ranges

January 1, 2012 House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly (A) The pay ranges established by the board of county commissioners for the county public defender and those established by the joint board of county commissioners for the joint county public defender shall not exceed the pay ranges assigned under section 325.11 of the Revised Code for county prosecutors. (B) The pay ranges established by the board of county commissioners for the staff of the county public defender and those established by the joint board of county commissioners for the staff of the joint county public defender shall not exceed the pay ranges assigned under section 124.14 of the Revised Code for comparable positions of the staff of the Ohio public defender.
