§ 121.086. High school financial literacy fund

October 24, 2024 House Bill 147 - 135th General Assembly There is hereby created the high school financial literacy fund in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of any moneys appropriated to it, any interest and earnings from the fund, and any other donations, grants, gifts, or other moneys received. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The director of education and workforce shall use moneys in the fund only for the purposes specified in divisions (B) and (E) of section 3319.239 of the Revised Code.
