§ 121.811. Applicability of business review provisions

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The offices of the governor, lieutenant governor, auditor of state, secretary of state, treasurer of state, and attorney general shall comply with the business review provisions of sections 106.03 and 106.031 and 121.81 to 121.82 of the Revised Code, but are not required to submit any document to the common sense initiative office or to prepare any document that would have been prepared in response to recommendations of the common sense initiative office, but rather shall prepare all other documents required under the business review provisions and submit them directly to the joint committee on agency rule review along with the proposed or existing rule. The offices of the governor, lieutenant governor, auditor of state, secretary of state, treasurer of state, and attorney general are subject, however, to section 106.05 of the Revised Code.
