§ 122.013. Required postings on official internet site

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The department of development shall post the following on the official internet site of the department: (A) Annual reports of the progress and status of eligible projects made as required under division (E) of section 122.0814 of the Revised Code; (B) The annual report made by the director of development under section 122.0817 of the Revised Code; (C) Reports made by the third frontier commission under section 184.15 of the Revised Code; (D) Information on all support awarded under section 184.11 of the Revised Code.
