§ 122.0820. Job site ready development fund

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The job ready site development fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of the net proceeds of obligations issued and sold by the issuing authority pursuant to sections 151.01 and 151.11 of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund shall be used to make grants for eligible projects pursuant to sections 122.085 to 122.0820 of the Revised Code and associated administrative expenses.
