§ 122.292. Ohio river commission fund

April 3, 2025 Senate Bill 54 - 135th General Assembly (A) The Ohio river commission fund is created in the state treasury. The fund consists of all money as may be provided by law, including money received from any sale, transfer, or lease of property and money received under division (A)(13) of section 122.291 of the Revised Code. (B) The Ohio river commission shall use money in the fund to defray the commission's administrative expenses and to carry out its purposes set forth in sections 122.29 to 122.292 of the Revised Code.
