§ 122.401. Residential broadband expansion grant program

May 17, 2021 House Bill 2 - 134th General Assembly There is hereby established the Ohio residential broadband expansion grant program within the development services agency. The agency shall administer and provide staff assistance for the program. The agency shall be responsible for receiving and reviewing applications for program grants and for sending completed applications to the broadband expansion program authority for final review and award of program grants.
