Ohio Rev. Code § 122.52

September 28, 2012 Senate Bill 314 - 129th General Assembly The director of development services may provide for the issuance of revenue refunding bonds of the state by the treasurer of state, payable solely from the sinking funds established in accordance with section 122.51 of the Revised Code at the times and in the order and manner provided by the director and in any trust agreement securing such bonds and shall also be secured by moneys in the other funds established pursuant to sections 122.39 and 122.41 to 122.62 of the Revised Code to the extent and on the terms specified by the director, for the purpose of refunding any revenue bonds then outstanding which have been issued under sections 122.39 and 122.41 to 122.62 of the Revised Code, including the payment of any redemption premium thereon and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of redemption of such bonds. The issuance of such bonds, the maturities and other details thereof, the rights of the holders thereof, and the rights, duties, and obligations of the director and treasurer of state in respect to such bonds shall be governed by such sections insofar as they are applicable.
