§ 123.09. Claims paid upon order of director

September 10, 2012 House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly All claims against the state for the repair, maintenance, and operation of the public works of Ohio, including salary and expenses of all employees engaged in such work, shall be paid upon the order of the director of administrative services.
