§ 123.15. Rules pertaining to lands under department's supervision

September 10, 2012 House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The department of administrative services may adopt, amend, and rescind rules pertaining to lands under the supervision of the department in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
