§ 123.282. Ohio cultural and sports facility performance grant fund

November 25, 2025 House Bill 434 - 136th General Assembly The Ohio cultural and sports facility performance grant fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of all money remitted by the director of commerce under division (I) of section 169.08 of the Revised Code and amounts appropriated by the general assembly. The money in the fund shall be used as performance grants for Ohio sports facility and major sports facility projects in accordance with sections 123.281 and 123.283 of the Revised Code. The money in the fund shall be used for Ohio cultural facilities subject to appropriations made by the general assembly. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
