§ 125.073. Electronic procurement

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The department of administrative services shall actively promote and accelerate the use of electronic procurement, including reverse auctions as defined by section 125.072 of the Revised Code, when exercising its statutory powers. Beginning July 1, 2004, the department shall annually on or before the first day of July report to the committees in each house of the general assembly dealing with finance indicating the effectiveness of electronic procurement.
