§ 125.15. Acquisition of equipment, materials, supplies, services, or contracts of insurance

June 30, 2011 House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly All state agencies required to secure any equipment, materials, supplies, or services from the department of administrative services shall make acquisition in the manner and upon forms prescribed by the director of administrative services and shall reimburse the department for the equipment, materials, supplies, or services, including a reasonable sum to cover the department's administrative costs and costs relating to energy efficiency and conservation programs, whenever reimbursement is required by the department. The money so paid shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general services fund, the information technology fund, or the information technology governance fund, as appropriate. Those funds are hereby created.
