§ 125.27. Building improvement fund

September 29, 2015 House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly (A) There is hereby created in the state treasury the building improvement fund. The fund shall retain the interest earned. (B) The fund shall consist of any money transferred or deposited into the fund pursuant to section 125.28 of the Revised Code. (C) The fund shall be used for major maintenance or improvements required in facilities maintained by the department of administrative services.
