§ 129.05. Composition of sinking fund

July 1, 1989 House Bill 111 - 118th General Assembly The sinking fund of the state shall consist of the proceeds of sales of lands appropriated by congress for the support of schools or for ministerial purposes, except as otherwise provided by law, the proceeds of any sale of public works or of any part thereof, except as otherwise provided by law, and the moneys raised by taxation as required by Section 7 of Article VIII, Ohio Constitution.
