§ 145.171. Information to new employees

September 21, 2000 House Bill 628 - 123rd General Assembly On receipt of notice under section 145.17 of the Revised Code of the employment of a new public employee, the public employees retirement system shall inform the employee of the requirements of section 145.19 of the Revised Code.
