§ 146.13. Benefits not liable to attachment

January 9, 1961 House Bill 1 - 104th General Assembly The benefits provided for in section 146.12 of the Revised Code are in addition to all other benefits otherwise provided for by law, and are not liable to attachment, levy, or seizure under any legal or equitable process, whether such sums remain with the treasurer of state or are in the course of transmission to the person entitled thereto, but shall inure wholly to the benefit of the beneficiary.
