§ 150.09. Immunity

April 9, 2003 Senate Bill 180 - 124th General Assembly The state, the governor, or a member of the authority is not liable in damages to any person in a civil action for any loss incurred as a result of any investment made by a program administrator or fund manager employed by the program administrator.
