§ 153.07. Publishing notice of bids

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly The notice provided for in section 153.06 of the Revised Code shall be published by electronic means, and may be published in other news media in the county where the activity for which bids are submitted is to occur. The notice shall invite interested parties to submit proposals for consideration and shall be published at least fourteen days preceding the day for opening the bids, in a manner as prescribed by the commission. Copies of the plans, details, estimates of cost, and specifications shall be available electronically and open to public inspection at all business hours between the day of the first publication and the day for opening the bids, at the office of the commission where the bids are received, and such other place as may be designated in such notice.
