§ 153.26. Contracts

December 9, 1967 House Bill 428 - 107th General Assembly After adopting plans, specifications, and estimates, the building commission shall invite bids and award contracts in accordance with sections 307.86 to 307.92 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, for the building and for furnishing, heating, lighting, and ventilating it, and for the sewerage thereof. Until the building is completed and accepted by the commission, the commission may determine all questions connected therewith. The commission shall be governed by sections 153.01 to 153.60 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, relating to the erection of public buildings of the county.
