§ 153.38. Approval of plans for bridge

April 9, 2025 House Bill 497 - 135th General Assembly If the plans, drawings, representations, bills of material, specifications of work, and estimates relate to the building of a bridge, they shall be submitted to the board of county commissioners and the county engineer. If approved by a majority of them, a copy thereof shall be deposited in the office of county engineer and kept for the inspection of parties interested. Last updated January 28, 2025 at 10:48 AM
