§ 161.02. Provisions effective during attack

September 30, 1963 Senate Bill 199 - 105th General Assembly Sections 161.01 to 161.29 , inclusive, of the Revised Code shall be in effect only in the event that an attack upon the United States, as defined in section 161.01 of the Revised Code, has occurred, and shall remain in effect until terminated by joint resolution of the general assembly.
