§ 164.07. Locating and using minority business enterprises

December 30, 2004 House Bill 516 - 125th General Assembly (A) In awarding contracts for capital improvement projects to be financed in whole or in part under this chapter, a local subdivision shall comply with the percentage requirements of section 125.081 of the Revised Code. (B) A capital improvement that is financed in whole or in part under this chapter is a public improvement, and a subdivision undertaking a capital improvement is a public authority, for purposes of section 4115.03 of the Revised Code. All contractors and subcontractors working on a capital improvement financed in whole or in part under this chapter shall comply with sections 4115.03 to 4115.16 of the Revised Code.
