§ 167.103. Documents executed by qualifying council officers

September 29, 2007 House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly The officers authorized by a qualifying council issuing securities under section 167.101 of the Revised Code shall execute the necessary documents to provide for the pledge, protection, and disposition of the pledged revenues from which debt charges and any special fund deposits are to be paid. Those necessary documents include the issued securities, trust agreements, leases, and other financing documents.
