§ 173.012. Training programs

September 30, 2021 House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The department of aging may develop and offer training programs to area agencies on aging, long-term care facilities, providers of long-term care services, and other interested parties. The department may charge fees for the training programs. Amounts collected from charging the fees shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the senior community outreach fund, which is hereby created. Money credited to the fund may be used by the department to administer this section and to develop and offer additional training programs. Last updated September 9, 2021 at 12:11 PM
