§ 173.432. Care management and authorization services

September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The department of aging or its designee shall provide care management and authorization services with regard to the state plan services specified in division (B) of section 173.431 of the Revised Code that are provided to participants of department of aging-administered medicaid waiver components. The department or its designee shall ensure that no person providing the care management and authorization services performs an activity that may not be performed without a valid certificate or license issued by an agency of this state unless the person holds the valid certificate or license.
