§ 173.47. Customer satisfaction survey for long-term care facilities

July 1, 2016 House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly (A) For purposes of publishing the Ohio long-term care consumer guide, the department of aging shall conduct or provide for the conduct of an annual customer satisfaction survey of each long-term care facility. The results of the surveys may include information obtained from long-term care facility residents, their families, or both. (B) Each long-term care facility shall cooperate in the conduct of its annual customer satisfaction survey.
