§ 173.543. State-funded component of assisted living program

September 29, 2015 House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly The department of aging shall create and administer the state-funded component of the assisted living program. The state-funded component shall not be administered as part of the medicaid program. An individual who is eligible for the state-funded component may participate in the component for a period of time specified in rules adopted under this section. The director of aging shall adopt rules in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code to implement the state-funded component. The rules shall specify the period that an individual eligible for the state-funded component may participate in the component.
