§ 173.547. Staff requirements for assisted living program facility

September 29, 2013 House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly A residential care facility providing services covered by the assisted living program to an individual enrolled in the program shall have staff on-site twenty-four hours each day who are able to do all of the following: (A) Meet the scheduled and unpredicted needs of the individuals enrolled in the assisted living program in a manner that promotes the individuals' dignity and independence; (B) Provide supervision services for those individuals; (C) Help keep the individuals safe and secure.
