§ 183.34. Tobacco settlement oversight, administration, and enforcement fund

June 30, 2007 House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the tobacco settlement oversight, administration, and enforcement fund, which shall consist of amounts transferred under division (I) of section 183.02 of the Revised Code prior to the repeal of that section by H.B. 119 of the 127th general assembly. The attorney general shall use the fund to pay costs incurred in the oversight, administration, and enforcement of the tobacco master settlement agreement.
