§ 184.19. Third frontier research and development fund

January 4, 2006 Senate Bill 236 - 126th General Assembly The third frontier research and development fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of the net proceeds of the obligations issued and sold by the issuing authority pursuant to sections 151.01 and 151.10 of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund shall be used in accordance with sections 184.10 to 184.18 and 184.20 of the Revised Code and for associated administrative expenses.
