§ 187.11. Indemnification; insurance

February 18, 2011 House Bill 1 - 129th General Assembly JobsOhio may indemnify, to the fullest extent permitted by law, its board of directors, board members, and officers and employees from liability incurred in the performance of duties or functions of JobsOhio. For purposes of this section, JobsOhio may procure policies of insurance for civil liability.
