§ 191.43. Cessation date of reimbursements from broadband pole replacement fund

October 3, 2023 House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly On the date that is six years after the effective date of this section , payments under the Ohio broadband pole replacement fund shall cease and section 191.27 of the Revised Code shall not be in force or have further application, except as described in sections 191.44 and 191.45 of the Revised Code.
