§ 301.13. Forfeiture for delinquency of duty

October 27, 1981 Senate Bill 114 - 114th General Assembly An officer who neglects or refuses to perform a duty charged under sections 301.05 to 301.08 of the Revised Code, relating to funds, shall forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding one hundred fifty dollars, at the discretion of the court of common pleas. All forfeitures imposed by this section shall be recovered, with costs of suit, in a civil action in the name of the state for the use of the county.
