§ 302.19. Additional duties

October 16, 1961 House Bill 855 - 104th General Assembly In addition to other powers and duties provided in sections 302.01 to 302.24 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, the county executive shall: (A) Prepare and recommend to the board of county commissioners the annual tax budget and county appropriation resolution; (B) Keep the board advised of the financial condition and future needs of the county; (C) Prepare and submit to the board such measures as he deems necessary for the conduct of the county's business; (D) Attend meetings of the board of county commissioners and take part in the discussion of all matters before the board; (E) Prepare and submit to the board of county commissioners such reports on the operations of any departments, offices, and bodies under his control as may be required by the board.
