§ 303.35. Plan or modification to be in full force and effect upon approval

October 21, 1959 House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly Upon the approval by the board of county commissioners of a county renewal plan or any modification thereof, such plan or modification shall be in full force and effect for the respective county renewal area and the board may then cause such plan or modification to be carried out in accordance with its terms.
