§ 303.47. Validity of signatures of public officials

October 21, 1959 House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly In case any of the public officials whose signatures appear on any bonds or coupons issued under any of the provisions of sections 303.26 to 303.56 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, cease to be such officials before the delivery of such bonds, such signatures shall, nevertheless, be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if such officials had remained in office until such delivery. Any bonds issued under any of the provisions of sections 303.26 to 303.56 , inclusive, of the Revised Code shall be fully negotiable.
