§ 303.49. Bond interest and income exempted from taxes

October 21, 1959 House Bill 1081 - 103rd General Assembly Bonds issued under any of the provisions of sections 303.26 to 303.56 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, are declared to be issued for an essential public and governmental purpose and, together with interest thereon and income therefrom, shall be exempted from all taxes.
