§ 306.41. Income and profit from bonds exempt from taxation

November 1, 1965 House Bill 421 - 106th General Assembly Bonds issued under sections 306.37 to 306.40 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, their transfer, and the income therefrom, including any profit made on the sale thereof, shall at all times be free from taxation within the state.
