§ 306.551. Contract for transit services after withdrawal

April 6, 2023 House Bill 281 - 134th General Assembly Any municipal corporation or township that withdraws from a regional transit authority under section 306.55 of the Revised Code may enter into a contract with a regional transit authority or other provider of transit services to provide transportation service for persons who are elderly or who have disabilities and for any other service the legislative authority of the municipal corporation or township may determine to be appropriate.
