Official statutory text

October 6, 1994 House Bill 571 - 120th General Assembly When the board of county commissioners determines that it serves the interests of the county, the board may procure real estate within the county by purchase or by appropriation under sections 163.01 to 163.22 of the Revised Code and donate it to the state, the department of rehabilitation and correction, or the United States bureau of prisons for the construction of a state correctional institution or a federal correctional facility or complex.
