§ 307.47. Relief for persons injured in automobiles commandeered by police officer

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of county commissioners shall provide for the relief, out of the general funds of the county, of any person temporarily or permanently disabled by reason of his automobile being commandeered by any police officer of the county or other political subdivision in the discharge of his duty. Such board shall pay, out of the general funds of the county, to the husband or wife or other dependents of any person whose death is caused by reason of his automobile being commandeered by any police officer of the county or other political subdivision in the discharge of his duty, the sum not to exceed five thousand dollars.
